VANCOUVER GIANTS FUNDRAISER

Join us for a fun-filled night of hockey as the Vancouver Giants take on the Edmonton Oil Kings on November 15 at 7 PM at the Langley Event Centre. Tickets are $24, with all proceeds supporting École Herbert Spencer PAC. Purchase your tickets through MunchaLunch: GET YOUR TICKETS!. Let’s cheer loud and proud together at the rink!

FUN LUNCH

Fun Lunch is Herbert Spencer’s hot lunch program and one of our biggest fundraisers! It’s a student favourite every other Friday. Hot lunches are provided by local New Westminster restaurants and can be easily ordered through the MunchaLunch platform. Proceeds go directly back into the school, helping to cover expenses such as bus rentals, field trips, guest performers, sports equipment, and more!

HOW TO ORDER?

  1. New Parents: Register your family account on MunchaLunch.
  2. Returning Parents: Log in and update your child’s classroom information before placing an order.
  3. Click “Order Lunch!” in the top menu bar, then select your child (orders are placed one child at a time).
  4. Browse through each day’s menu and make your selections.
  5. For items like sandwiches, you’ll be prompted to choose modifications at the end of the process.
  6. When you’re finished, click Jump to Last Menu → Finished → Next → Submit.
  7. You’ll then be directed to the payment page to complete your order.

CHRISTMAS CRAFT FAIR

This popular community event & fundraiser for our school will be showcasing 60+ amazing professional artisans & vendors, a sweet bake sale with Mrs. Claus, bistro with tasty food and drinks, & Candy Cane Lane: featuring unique goods made by our very own Herbert Spencer student crafters!  

Mark your calendars & come shop with us on November 22rd, 10am-3pm, the Herbert Spencer Christmas Craft Fair is a fun holiday event not to be missed & admission is FREE!
