ABOUT THE PAC
TOGETHER WE SHINE!
The Herbert Spencer Parent Advisory Council (PAC) is the heart of our school community. We bring parents, teachers, and staff together to create the best possible experience for our kids. From fundraising and fun events to supporting classrooms and building school spirit, the PAC is all about connection, collaboration, and making a positive impact.
Our Mission
The Council is an organization dedicated to the education and well
being of the child and the parent and the strengthening of the
community
What is the PAC?
The Parent Advisory Council (PAC) is made up of all parents and guardians of students at École Herbert Spencer. If you have a child at EHS, you’re already a member!
We believe every child at EHS deserves a joyful, enriching, and well-rounded school experience throughout their time as a student. Our purpose is to support, encourage, and enhance the quality of education and overall well-being of all students.
PAC Executive
The PAC Executive is a team of parent volunteers who help coordinate PAC initiatives and serve as a bridge between families and the school community. At Herbert Spencer, our PAC works to:
- Encourage community involvement and parent participation to make our school even stronge
- Share parents’ perspectives with the principal and staff on school programs, policies, and activities.
- Keep parents informed and strengthen the connection between home and school.
- Show appreciation for teachers and staff through events and support initiatives.
How Do I Get Involved?
Getting involved with the PAC is a wonderful way to meet other families, build community, and make a positive impact at Herbert Spencer. Whether you have a little time or a lot, your contribution makes a difference!
You can get involved by volunteering at events, helping with fundraisers, or lending your skills behind the scenes. Check out our current volunteer opportunities and reach out by email if something sparks your interest. Another easy way to participate is by attending PAC meetings. It’s the best way to stay informed, share your ideas, and have your voice heard.
