Through fundraisers like Fun Lunch, treat sales, seasonal events, raffles, and community gatherings, we’re able to support programs, resources, and activities that directly benefit our students.

Family Photoshoot Fundraiser
Book a beautiful keepsake photo while supporting our school! Sarah Jane Photography will be hosting a special family photoshoot evening—and your furry family members are welcome too!
When: Tuesday, February 24th
Sessions: 15-minute time slots from 4:30–9:00 PM
Where: Herbert Spencer School Gym (please enter via the gym doors)
Cost: $42 per session, which includes one hi-res digital image

Spaces are limited and expected to fill up
Fun Lunch Fridays
Fun Lunch is Herbert Spencer’s hot lunch program and one of our biggest fundraisers! It’s a student favourite every other Friday. Hot lunches are provided by local New Westminster restaurants and can be easily ordered through the MunchaLunch platform. Proceeds go directly back into the school, helping to cover expenses such as bus rentals, field trips, guest performers, sports equipment, and more!
HOW TO ORDER?
- New Parents: Register your family account on MunchaLunch.
- Returning Parents: Log in and update your child’s classroom information before placing an order.
- Click “Order Lunch!” in the top menu bar, then select your child (orders are placed one child at a time).
- Browse through each day’s menu and make your selections.
- For items like sandwiches, you’ll be prompted to choose modifications at the end of the process.
- When you’re finished, click Jump to Last Menu → Finished → Next → Submit.
- You’ll then be directed to the payment page to complete your order.
